Pure Distilling – Premium Rum Yeast with Glucoamylase is a specialty yeast designed to produce typical Rum flavours by fermenting at high temperatures up to 35 degrees C. Contains Glucoamylase Enzyme.
Usage Suggestion: Use with 6kg sugar or for best results use 2.5kg of Molasses and 4kg sugar.
Ingredients: Active Dry Yeast, Yeast Nutrient and Enzyme
